Neck Pain and Kyphotic Deformity Post-dental Procedure
The patient developed neck pain after a dental procedure, and because she was already taking a narcotic for chronic back pain, she visited her pain medicine physician. However, her neck pain increased, she developed a fever, and a kyhpotic deformity developed. James S.
